Earn Points

Become a Member first to acquire points:

•  Become a HRC member.
As soon as you register as a HRC member, 1000 points will be automatically awarded to your account.

•  Make a reservation .
Customers who successfully reserve accommodation by email, online, fax or phone will be rewarded with points equal to the amount paid. For instance, if you reserve a hotel room worth RMB 1000, you will get 1000 points in return. (Points calculation and accumulation are based on RMB)

No shows or early check-out without prior notice will have the same amount of points deducted as accommodation is worth. So if you book a hotel at RMB 200 for three nights, you will lose 600 points.
