Cantontradefair.com proudly present their new Membership Points Program! Now, customers are awarded value points that, once accumulated, can later be exchanged for gifts and services including complimentary hotel rooms, local tours, and car service.
Cantontradefair.com members earn points with every use of Cantontradefair.com's products and services. Members will now be able to trade in their accumulated value points for services provided by participating establishments and enterprises. The following description will outline the new program and how our members can take full advantage of their Membership Points.

Earn Points
·  For Hotel Booking
Customers who successfully reserve accommodation through Cantontradefair.com will be rewarded with points equal to the amount paid. For instance, if you reserve a hotel room worth RMB 1000, you will get 1000 points in return. Therefore, please remember your total room rates (hereafter "TRM"), and use TRM as the base number in calculating your membership points. (NOTE: The hotel bookings that can be rewarded with points should be made in the hotels that have direct contract with our agency.)

·  For Feedback
Customers who successfully leave the feedbacks on our website will be rewarded with 20 points every time.

Points Deduction
Out of respect to participating institutions, no-shows will have the same amount of points deducted as the accommodation is worth and as if they had made full use of the facility. For example, shoul you book a hotel at RMB 200 for three nights and fail to show up for any reason, 600 points will be deducted from your account.

Points Validity Period
Membership points start to accumulate as soon as you become a registered member. They are valid for two years. (Note: The points accumulated before February 1, 2007 will be valid from February 1, 2007 until February 1, 2009. )

Swap Policy
a.  Once the accumulalted points add up to 3000 or more, they can be traded for any of the gifts stated on our website.
b.  Once the accumulalted points add up to 15000, 18000 or 20000, they can be traded in for complimentary hotel stays, Guangzhou local tours or Guangzhou airport transportation service.
c.  Swap Formula: Needed Points = Discounted Price of Cantontradefair.com's Products divide 1.0 % (it depends on the quotation on your application date)
d.  For complimentary hotel stays, please submit your application 5 business days ahead of your actual check-in date; for complimentary Guangzhou local tours or complimentary Guangzhou airport transportation service, please submit your application 3 business days ahead of your actual departure date.
e.  Complimentary hotel stays are not available during official holidays or peak seasons.
f.  Once our company confirms your application for complimentary hotel stays, any cancellation or change is not allowed.
g.  The points used in the exchange will be deducted from your account.
h.  Complimentary hotel stays, Guangzhou local tours or Beijng airport transportation service can not be rewarded with points.

The Membership Points Policy is subject to change without notice. Cantontradefair.com reserves the right to change the policy.

Swap Procedures
a.  Once the accumulalted points add up to 3000, they can be traded for a variety of gifts that are stated on our website. First, you need to log on to our website www.cantontradefair.com.com. Then go to My Account and select the gift(s) for which you would like to exchange your points.
b.  Fill out the application form and mail or fax it to us with a photocopy of your ID.
c.  After we receive your application, within one business day, we will contact you to confirm you gift application details.
d.  After your successful application, we will send your gift to your door within 30 days. (Within China Mainland)
e.  Within Guangzhou's Fourth Ring Road, we will send gifts to your door by express delivery. For members in other places, the gift will be sent by parcel post (within China mainland).
f.  The points used in the exchange will be deducted from your account after the gift is delivered.
g.  After you receive the gift, please check the gift first. If there is nothing wrong with the gift, then please sign the receipt.
h.  The entire process should take about one month.

Note:
a.  The photographs displayed are for reference only. Gifts may not match the images exactly.
b.  If any of the items are unavailable, Cantontradefair.com reserves the right to substitute a comparable gift of the same value.
c.  Some of the gifts will only be mailed within the Chinese mainland. Overseas Cantontradefair.com members have the option of picking up gifts within China or trading points in for complimentary hotel stays or Guangzhou local tours.
d.  Exchanging or sending a purchase back is not allowed if the gift has no quality problems

For Complimentary Hotel Rooms
·  Points for Attention
a.  Once the accumulalted points add up to 15000, they can be traded for complimentary hotel stays.
b.  For complimentary hotel stays, please please contact our customer service department by email or phone and submit your application 5 business days ahead of your actual check-in date. Swap Formula: Needed Points = Cantontradefair.com’s Discounted Room Rate divide 1.0 %.
c.  When exchanging points for a complimentary hotel room, you do not need to pay for it at the hotel. However, the fee only includes room rate. Please pay any other incidental charges for laundry, phone call and etc...directly to the hotel.
d.  Once our company comfirms your appplication for complimentary hotel stays, any cancellation or change is not allowed. The points will be deducted from your account as a penalty.
e.  Complimentary hotel stays are not available during official holidays or peak seasons.
f.  Cantontradefair.com appoints all of the complimentary hotel rooms that can be exchange for points.

For Complimentary Tours
·  Points for Attention
a.  Once you have accummulated up to 18000 points, they can be traded in for complimentary Guangzhou local tours.
b.  For complimentary Guangzhou local tours, please contact our customer service department by email or phone and submit your application 3 business days ahead of your actual departure date. Swap Formula: Needed Points = Cantontradefair.com's Tour Charge divide 1.0 %.
c.  When exchanging points for a complimentary Guangzhou local tour, you do not need to pay the guide. However, the fee only includes the services we specify on our website.
e.  Once our company confirms your application for a complimentary Guangzhou local tour, any cancellation or change is subject to the policy at the time of confirmation.
f.  Cantontradefair.com appoints all of the Guangzhou local tours for which points can be traded.

For Complimentary Car Service
·  Points for Attention
a.  Once the points you accummulate are up to 20000, they can be traded in for complimentary Guangzhou airport transportation service.
b.  For complimentary Guangzhou airport transportation service, please contact our customer service department by email or phone and submit your application 3 business days ahead of your actual departure date. Swap Formula: Needed Points = Cantontradefair.com's Transportation Service Charge divide 1.0 %.
c.  When exchanging points for complimentary Guangzhou airport service, you do not need to pay the driver.
d.  Once our company confirms your application for a complimentary Guangzhou airport transportation service, any cancellation or change is subject to the policy at the time of confirmation.
