The 10th Pan-Pearl River Delta (PPRD) Cooperation & Development Forum and Economic & Trade Fair was opened in Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center on 12th October. Guangdong will continuously take the important role in the next stage of cooperation.

50 new projects were signed on a collective signing ceremony, including 5 projects from 9 member provinces and 5 projects from Hong Kong and Macao. The total value of these 50 projects reaches 87.5 billion RMB.

It is reported that 780 projects may be signed during the Forum. The total value of projects will reach 549.3 billion RMB. The projects mainly cover industrial upgrading, industrial investment, infrastructure construction, industrial park and business logistics.

In the previous nine sessions of Forum, 19.5 thousand projects were signed and the total value of the projects exceeded 3.75 trillion RMB.
