Shenzhen, China's first and one of the most successful Special Economic Zones, is a city of novelty and modernity in the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong Province. Being a major financial center of Southern China, Shenzhen is home to headquarters of numerous high-tech companies. It is very close to Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province, and Hong Kong SAR.
