Airport - Hotel transfer:
1. Luggage handling charge is included. Tips to driver/guide are not included.
2. For airport/train station pick up & drop off, tunnel tolls and bridge tolls are inclusive.
3. Parking fee, tunnel and bridge tolls are NOT inclusive for car rentals other than airport/train station pick-up & drop off.
4. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation made less than 2 working days before the service
5. No show will be charged fully
6. The general working hours for car rental is 8 hours per day, extra hours will be charged 1.5 times than normal. Service between 23:00-07:00 requires extra USD10 per trip.
7.Cantontradefair.com assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger's claim.

Interpreter Service for General business talk:
1. The price depends on the language category and your specific requirements. Please email us your detailed requests and we will reply you as soon as we can. E-mail: webmaster@cantontradefair.com
2. Interpreter's working hour is 8 hours/Day, for extra hours, the price is about 1.5 times as normal.
3. The clients who will bring the interpreter to other areas need to be confirmed in advance. And the clients should pay all the transportation and accommodation expense for the interpreter.
4. The price is not including the Charge for the Pass of the Interpreter. The charge is RMB300 (about US$39) Per Day by the Fair.
5. Documents requested for Interpreter Pass for the interpreters employed by the visitors or exhibitors:
    a. Degree certificate of certain foreign language
    b. ID Card of the interpreter
    c. The company of the employer and his/her signature
    d. A photo with the size of 5cm * 4cm
    e. Service charge for pass: RMB 300/day/interpreter
