Our room is not so big, the hotel is next to a big shopping mall; when we arrived, we took taxi; then we found a subway station is 10 steps at our hotel…we learnt how to use subway system eventually in Guangzhou…it was interesting

Staff were helpful, location great
It's a bit tired and the beds are too hard but the location is excellent (Tianhe District). Staff were helpful and spoke decent enough English Tip: Don't bother with a breakfast inclusive price. Take room only and pop across the road, there are many small family run restaurants. Had a steamer of baozi (small stuffed bread rolls) and a steamer of jiaozi (dumplings) for less than £1

good for solo traveller
Rooms are slightly smaller compare to the normal China rooms but good for solo traveller. Love the working desk included and you could turn the LCD TV towards your view.

restaurant on 12th floor great!!!
Good Hotel and Good Position to move around, There is a bank agency connected on first floor a travel Agency and a connection with a shopping center, restaurant movie etc. The restaurant on the 12-th Floor was really nice and the food was perfect, Eat there special Italian "Risoto" with Sea Food.

selling point is location
Just came back from my short stay at Majestic Hotel, Guangzhou. For me the best selling point for this hotel is location. Practically located just above Gangding station (line 3, exit A), you can just walk into the hotel via the shopping mall connecting to the hotel. This is absolutely important during the raining season. The hotel is connected to Baiyun airport by Line 3 but changing train is needed at Tiyu Xilu. This journey cost RMB8 and roughly 45 minutes. If you are going to the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, just headed to Kecun on line 3 and change to line 8 for Xingangdong or Pazhou. This journey cost you RMB4 and roughly 20 minutes.

good area for vacation
Location is great, the hotel is connected to a mall with the Metro connected. There are eateries in the mall, McDonald, Zheng Gong Fu, Ajisen, Sushi Belt and there is a supermarket on the basement so good place to get some snacks and drinks.

the hotel is ok
The good thing about this hotel is the toilet! You know how dirty the public toilet here, so it was such a relieve to have clean toilet at the hotel. The room size is oke, but the lighting is too dark to my liking. And like everyone said, the bed is hard. Other than that, only a few staff can speak english.
