Very nice hotel with helping hand
hilton baiyun is a very nice Hotel I ve ever stayed. not far away from the Airport, a large Shopping Mall just around the cornor, and most importantly, there is a fantastic BAR downstairs and we had a lot of fun there. staff of the hotel are very helpful, they introduced us some places to visit, like baiyun mountain, canton tower which is very beautiful at night. what impressed us most is that we had a fantastic dinner at Chan Jia Chi (whatever it is called) in the evening with the guide of the concierge staff. the dishes were served by local families, very nice and traditional. hope we have chances to come again and stay in Hilton Baiyun in the future.

very very excellent hotel and service
If you don't speak Chinese, travel to Asia can be a daunting experience. The staff of the Guangzhou Hilton Baiyun are committed to making you feel right at home! Everyone in this hotel is hard working, kind, and compassionate! Every need is provided for with a gracious smile. The hotel is efficient and well run! The service is personable and given with kindness. The staff is comprised of kind human beings who give because they want to, not because they have to. This hotel certainly has its act together!

I had a very good holiday
I had a very good holiday , the hotel staff was very helpful, specially the front office staff was very friendly and helpful.
food quality was awesome and the environment of the hotel was just like home, rooms was decorated in very good way and maintained very well.

clean hotel with big rooms
Stayed one night. Sparklingly clean hotel with big rooms. Location is a little out of town, but clearly there is plenty of development occurring and I think Hilton are in early in what will become a thriving part of Guangzhou. I caught the Metro, and it was a little bit of a walk (maybe some signage - but who catches the Metro and stays at the Hilton?).

great hotel
I stayed at this hotel for two nights for a trade fair. The hotel has all the amenities of a nice five-star hotel. Great rooms, an opulent breakfast that leaves no wishes and a nice hotel bar with live music. So why not the full score?? The Guangzhou Hilton is a great hotel but not one that I will remember for years to come. It is flawless, but pretty exchangable with other hotels in that category.

Best Hilton Hotel I've stayed in - great facilities, helpful staff, very close to Wanda Mall for diverse food choices and shopping. Luxurious rooms, fab bath. Only minus - the view? Will be staying here again!

very friendly and helpful staff
We stayed at the Hilton for two nights and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We came during a busy time so a staff member led us to the executive lounge to check us in where we enjoyed free snacks and drinks. We also ordered room service and the food was unexpectedly good. The location wasn't that great as there wasn't much in the area other than a mall and it was a bit of a walk to the metro station, but the hotel service and price made up for it. The room itself was also very spacious and clean.

helpful and courteous staff
I stayed at this hotel during the Canton fair. Breakfast was a daily spread. Rooms nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Some breakfast staff need to improve on their english to aid communication, although they are quick to call for help when language barrier issues come up. There was shuttle to and from d hotel.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel with staff that speak English!
King size bed with different pillows, english channels on TV, excellent gym and sauna
I love this hotel and will definitely stay there next year when i attend the Canton Fair. There is a shuttle bus from hotel to fair. The room was very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Five minute walk to the shopping center that has modern (expensive) shops and lots of restaurants
