• 1.The above rates are inclusive of all surcharges and tax.
• 2.All room reservation must be total nights prepayment.
• 3.In the event of amendment(including change of staying period or guests name) or cancellation, a written notice must reach our office 20 working days prior arrival. Otherwise, total nights room charge (including Tax & Service charges) will be levied under any circumstances.
• 4.In the event of no-show, total nights room charge (including Tax & Service charges) will be levied under any circumstances.
• 5.Check out at 12:00 noon.
• 6.Reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation.
• 7.Arrival details are complimentary so as to make reservation smoother.
• 8.The above rates are not applicable during the period of Canton Fair (14th October to 4th November, 14th April to 5th May each year).
• 9.Please contact us as soon as possible in case of any amendment or cancellation.
