Asia''s Biggest Toys Event

All eyes in the toys industry are on Asia, not only as a producer but also as a key market - and this helps to increase the focus on the 37th HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, the region''s largest toys industry event and the second biggest in the world. The show is the perfect place to meet buyers from every part of the globe, drawn from a variety of mature and emerging markets and keen to source innovative and quality products from reliable suppliers.
 

Magnet for Buyers from Outside Hong Kong

As the first show to take place in the calendar year, it offers exhibitors a great opportunity to launch new products to a worldwide audience. Buyers to the 2010 edition were particularly attracted by the enormous variety of products on show, praising the abundance of fresh ideas and updated items.

A total of 1,915 exhibitors from 38 countries and regions, including group pavilions from the Chinese mainland, India, Korea, Pakistan, Spain, Taiwan and Thailand, joined the 2010 edition. The show was visited by more than 33,000 trade buyers from 125 countries and regions; this represented a total increase of 15% over the previous year - but, most encouraging of all, buyer attendance from outside Hong Kong was up an impressive 36%.
 

Zones of Influence

The World of Toys Pavilion, jointly organised with Spielwarenmesse eG, will return for the 2011 edition. It showcases top-quality toy producers from around the world.

The new Video Games Zone and Testing, Inspection & Certification Services Zone from 2010 will again be joined by the well-established themed zones of Candy Toys, Hobby Goods, Magic Items, Outdoor & Sporting Items, and Paper Products & Toy Packaging.
 

Even More Buyers

In today''s competitive environment, every advantage for exploring new business avenues and sourcing opportunities is welcomed. The toys event is held concurrently under the same roof with three related trade shows, namely the well-established Hong Kong International Stationery Fair, HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair - which made its very successful debut in 2010, and HKTDC Hong Kong International Licensing Show. All three shows attract buyers from around the world, who will be eager to source complementary products from more than 2,600 suppliers in one stop.
