Hong Kong International Tea Fair 2014

Organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), Hong Kong International Tea Fair will celebrate its 6th edition at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on Aug. 14-16, offering a wide range of tea leaves, processed tea and tea products, tea packaging, teaware, tea technology and other tea-related products to buyers from all over the world.

The fair in 2013 attracted more than 240 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions, including important tea production markets such as the Chinese mainland, Sri Lanka and Japan, as well as over 15,000 visitors from 59 countries and regions. There are a series of events and activities to be held during the fair. 

Tea Forum Series focus on the importance of tea in daily life. Other show highlights are the Tea Tasting Sessions, presentations of tea culture events in the International Tea Art Performances and the tea culture corner, Tea Gallery, where tea lovers can find artistic tea-related books and items. 

The International Tea Competition 2014 invites exhibitors to participate in categories including Black Tea, Pu’er Tea, Aged Tea, Green Tea and Oolong Tea. Prizes will be presented at the fair''s Tea Networking Reception which also provides exhibitors and buyers a platform to mingle with industry players and exchange expertise. The public is invited to enter the fair on the last day to relish the joy of tea with the enthusiastic suppliers, to know more brands in the tea industry and experience the tea culture.
