Terms and Conditions for Domestic Flight Reservations
1. Flight:
All flights matching your search requirements are listed. We will notify you with any scheduling changes or other issues concerning your reservation.
2. Price:
Prices are changed periodically, so the price listed online may not be current at the time of booking. If there is any difference in price or flight schedule between the actual price and the price listed online, we will notify you immediately once your reservation has been made and you will have the option to cancel your reservation before payment. No discounts are available for business class and first class.
3. Name and identification:
All passengers are required to present valid personal identification upon request. If a name appears in two or more languages, please fill out the booking form in English. If you fail to board a flight because the name on your personal ID or passport is different from the name in your reservation, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. Your name and address must appear exactly as they do on your valid personal ID or passport in order to reserve domestic flights.
4. Contact information:
Please make sure your contact information is correct. We will cancel your reservation if unable to reach the contact person listed on the reservation form.
5. Double bookings:
If your book two or more flights on the same date to the same destination this is a double booking. If you double book, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Reservation Confirmation, cancellation and amendment
1. Reservations:
Once we receive your online ticket reservation request, we will reserve the seats for you according to your requirements. Then, a letter will be sent to you to confirm the ticket price, schedule, and payment terms. A final confirmation letter will be sent to your after we receive your payment and successfully confirm the seats.
2. Ticketing:
Once a ticket reservation has been successfully completed, confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail. As e-tickets are widely used in China, you may easily check-in with your ID/ passport at the airport. In the case of an unsuccessful reservation, we will call the designated contact person as soon as possible. If you are the designated contact person, please keep your line open until your reservation has been successfully completed.
3. The cancellation and amendment:
Terms for cancellations or amendments differ by airline. Please contact us if you need to make changes.
4. Failure to reach contact person:
If we are unable to reach a customer via the designated contact person due to unanswered calls, a busy line, lack of mobile coverage, incorrect contact information, or any other problem, we will not bear any responsibility for any costs incurred if the reservation cannot be confirmed, ticketed, or canceled because of an inability to reach the contact person.
